I am adding to this blog much later than I intended too. I have moved to Missouri in early November 2009 and am catching up some.  My point I would like to make is that in the U S those who believe there is a GOD and that it is not Obama, also need civil liberties.  The need for First Amendment liberties is very great in America where for the past 40 years the agents of the devil have had control of Congress. I say they are of the devil for these reasons:

1) they did NOTHING to impeach the Justices on the Supreme Court who overstepped their Constitutional boundaries when they tried to fool the public intoo thinking they had created a new [at that time] law called Roe  v Wade. It was a fake then and still because the Supreme Court has no authority whatsoever to create new law and never did.

2) For forty years some of them have voted time after time AGAINST innocent human life by being silent and doing NOTHING to stop abortion as a fake right, and/or they actively voted for that form of killing.

3) Those who kill are evil according to the Commandment of GOD . GOD wrote in stone, 'thou shalt not kill' {Exodus 20:13]. It is also written "whosoever sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed, for in the image of GOD, made HE man." Genesis 9:6.

4 ) John 10:10 is written, JESUS said, 'the thief cometh not but for to steal and to kill, and to destroy; I AM come that they might have life and have it more abundantly." The enemy of GOD is the devil, and the 'works' of the devil according to JESUS, are thefts, murders, and destruction. You always know when you experience those things it was the doing of the devil.

5) Abortion is premeditated murder of the innocents in the womb and it is from the devil.

And JESUS will overcome as HE has promised in Revelation and those who kill will spend eternity in hell.

Those who believe in a LIVING GOD [as opposed to dead humans or statues] including me are persecuted in the U S for writing Bible scriptures on public websites. I write of what I know to be true from having experienced the fraud and destruction from an internet hosting company named 1and1.com of Pennsylvania that I did business with for six years and then they suddenly decided to defraud me and cheat me of the services I had paid for in their effort to promote sin and corruption. GOD will avenge me I am certain of that. Meanwhile,I have not compromised with evil. GOD wrote that in HIS Book of Life I am sure.

Mood:  a-ok

I am writing today to remind y'all that the most important civil liberty of all, is life! Governments that either allow or condone the premeditated killing of its future generations of taxpayers= voters= humans to create products, and reproduce themselves, die off the planet. Here is the Scripture I want to share with you today:

"Shewing to the generation to come the praises of THE LORD, and HIS strength, and HIS wonderful works that HE hath done. For HE established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which HE commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children; that the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children; that they might set their hope in GOD and not forget the works of GOD, but keep HIS Commandments." Psalms 78:4-7

Also remember that it is the duty of government to protect the innocents not annihilate them. Please read more on this subject at: http://gloriapoole.net/ about how public law affects this debate. And remember most of all,that GOD wrote in stone the words "thou shalt not kill" and remember that abortion is a premeditated murder of an innocent human being, in the place where safety should be guaranteed and that is the womb of the baby's mother. It is a heinous act of the worst and most wicked evil possible. Do not abort your babies, please for the sake of your relationship to GOD ALMIGHTY and for the sake of whether or not your name is written in GOD's Book of LIFE. Sinners cannot get to heaven, you must repent if you have done evil.

Here is some good news !The US Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of t he Arizona Life Coalition in the Arizona Life Coalition v Stanton case about speciality license plates. This happened on Jan 28,2008 and is case number #05-16971, and DC#CV-03-01691-PGR. The Judges on the Court that I want to thank for upholding the First Amendment for prolifers are:

Basically here's what they decided:

a speciality license plate is not a state tax,but payments for a product [vanity or speciality license plate];

the sale of those is not coerced but voluntary; 

for the purpose of citizens paying a set fee to promote and display a cause;

by allowing speciality plates for nonprofits, the state agreed to provide a public forum in which philanthropic organizations may exercise First Amendment liberties to raise money for their causes;

the state did not choose the plate or edit it, with the cartoon images of two children nor the words, "choose life";

Wooley v Maynard 430 US 705 (1997)  case of US Supreme Court ruled that messages on license plates are private speech, not state sponsored speech, because of the connection of the owner or driver of the vehicle, since vehicles that buy those are privately owned.

The state does not compel anyone to buy a speciality plate.

Speciality plates still identify the owner of the vehicle and therefore serve the State's interest.

Allowing speciality plates creates a public forum; and in such a forum speakers cannot be excluded unless there is compelling state interest and exclusion is narrowly drawn to acheive that.

The test they applied about whether a forum is public or nonpublic is drawn from the case Sammartano v First Judicial District Court, 303 F 3d  959, 965  (9th Circuit, 2002) that states it depends upon : 1) the central purpose of the program in which speech in question arises, 2) the degree of editorial control exercised by the government or private entities over the content; 3) the identity of the literal speaker, 4) who bears responsibility for the content of the speech.  Taking these into consideration, speciality plates do not raise issues of compelled speech, does not interfere with the State's need to identify vehicles and their owners, vehicle owners bear the responsibility for the license plates, not the state, state of Arizona did not choose or edit the message, and the Arizona Life Coalition meets all the State requirements for participation in the program for speciality plates as the State agreed, since they did not raise that issue.

If Governments decided to regulate speech, they must conduct a "traditional First Amendment analysis". And "consistency in application [of rules set by government] is the hallmark of any policy designed to preserve the nonpublic status of a forum."  

Questions to be decided were: was it "viewpoint discrimination", unreasonable and in violation of the First Amendment?

quote; "One thing is clear; when the government has chosen to permit discussion of certain subject matters it may not then silence speakers who address those subject matters from a particular perspective."

Limiting all forms speech on any topic [religious, political etc] is unconstitutional. See Rosenberger case, 515 US @ 831.

quote:" When the government is plainly motivated by the nature of the message rather than the limitations of the forum, or a specific risk within  that forum, it is regulating a viewpoint rather than a subject matter". and is unconstitutional. See Choose Life Illinois Inc, 2007 WL 178455, case.

Regulating/prohibiting/controlling speech because it is "controversial' is viewpoint discrimination and is unconstitutional.

Therefore their decision was that prohibiting the State of Arizona allowing its citizens to order a "Choose Life " speciality plate is viewpoint discrimination, unreasonable, and in violation of the First Amendment to the US Constitution, and therefore they ordered that the plates be produced.

I am sure that as I have studied the history of the Civil War, and the events that led up to that, and witnessed the cyclorama painting in Stone Mountain GA of those events and the stolen locamotive of that time, stored up north of Atlanta,  that some generations are called upon to do more than merely exist. I think we in the year 2008 are in that category of knowing that a major and catastrophic change is coming to America one way or the other. It will be via the voting mechanism or a Civil War, I think; because the evil of abortion has to end.

It is medical fact that humans are begun at the moment of conception when the human sperm enters the human egg. The ignorant and the wicked try to pretend and 'say it ain't so', but it is so, and medical specialities are certain of that. The neonatalogist and the obstetric specialities know the truth about the human being in the womb of the mother. The schizophrenia of this nation, of prolifers v prodeathers will be resolved one way or the other. Abraham Lincoln quoted The Bible, the words of JESUS when he said, a 'house divided against itself shall not stand." [see Scripture at Matthew 12, 25-29 for the passage.]

I write for life at every opportunity because I believe the pen or the keyboard is mightier than the sword. But I believe there may come a time in the United States when another Civil War evolves if Congress and State Legislators are not willing to do the right thing and vote a prolife Amendment to the US Constitution giving the full protection of the US government to the preborn humans.
